The 2016 Tulip Regatta is scheduled for April 1-3.
Tulip Regatta is held each spring and consists of two days of windward/leeward buoy racing in Fidalgo Bay, Anacortes along with two dinners – a banquet (tickets required) and entertainment Saturday night; plus a free dinner and awards presentation after the racing on Sunday.
The Tulip Regatta is open to all yachts whose skippers have completed the on-line registration process; have paid an the entry fee ; are current PHRF-NW members; and meet PIYA category III requirements. The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2013-2016, except as changed by the sailing instructions. Separate starts/divisions will be provided for all one-design fleets consisting of 5 or more boats.
