If people want to come to town (New Orleans) for the GYA Mardi Gras Regatta they can also race the PHRF event the following weekend. NOYC will assign to all Vipers the PHRF rating currently being used by Vipers and store boats until the One-Design a month later to encourage more good racing along with the first Capdevielle race of the new season….
